Hello guys just letting you know that the Southbridge plates for the SB X-Clamp Fix have arrived today.
After first tests all seems to fit nicely, will deliver pics at the end of this post :)

For testers this means your kits will be shipped today, to Europe it takes 2-3 days, U.S ~5-6 days.

Note that Maximus will ship instantly(click here), Xecuter is offering a similiar product but will start shipping in 2 weeks...("Stock is expected to ship within 2 weeks (Would have been this week as this has been designed and finished for a couple of weeks but it's Chinese New Year). RRP $17.95")

This device will help professional installers to do the Firmware reading on the latest Liteon drives (83850V2 & 93450). Its based on the MRA concept and 100% compatible with all Xtractor units, it connects directly on the Xtractor pin port. It came with 2 visual indicators, one for polarity check and other for Vendor Mode.

This device release could confuse some people because we just released Litekey. But the reason is simple, Litekey is intended for end users who want to install a device on their drives that simplify

After quite some preparation time we are ready to release our project finally a BST Forum, some might still remember it from some discussions on the XE forums.

The last year was filled with changes and events.
In January the Hybrid Fix grew in popularity, we decided to start our own forums after my ban from Xbox-Scene in Dec.
Then in April we started the sale for the Advanced Hybrid Fix and had a shop added to XE.
The Hybrid Fix was improved with the Hard-foam shims.

People were forced to pay to get their Lite-On-Drives read-out and Microsoft banned thousands of people close to the end of the year.
The community responded with the JTag hack and finally realized rebooting into a hacked environment that let people execute own XEX files without devkits :)

All in all I would say 2009 was a good year.

So whats coming toward us in 2010, the Financial Crisis is meant to hit us now with its fullest while the bailout money is running out. For the Xbox Fixing business this is good news though since people will rather have their broken xboxes repaired than pay much more for a completely new one.

In 2010 we will also introduce our repair/

The competition was a true success and took about 2 hours until the very last code on the "Contact/Terms of Use" page was found with a lot of hints :P

The Resumee is that we are now on place 87,278 on Alexa and could manage to rank up by ~50,000 :) Thanks to all who installed the statusbar

Congrats to all winners, it was a lot of fun and I think we will be redoing this next year again :)

The Competition can already be called a success I think this month we had more posts than ever before on the forums and visitor counts are close to 100k as well, the Alexa ranking improved from ~130000 to 91,695.
