Cold joint under RAM/ RAM overheating

Known fixes:
1) Putting the faulty RAM brick under pressure with a 3mm thick craft foam pad. 2) Reflow the RAM chips - Oven Reflow preferably for the bottom RAM - Reflow the 2 ram bricks under the GPU heatsink 99% of the time its these that are causing the error.(DCP) 3) Hybrid X-Clamp Fix

Description:
In 99% of the cases it is a cold solder joint under one of the RAM bricks though. It is also said to be an indicator for RAM overheating but this is extremely rare
