This error is caused by a bridged solder joint under GPU or Southbridge. It can also be power related(the Southbridge isnt getting enough power). Can also be a component that is missing or damaged so look for missing and bridged parts(caps etc) near the Southbridge | |

I had one Jasper with 93450c, and error was found in connector at dvd-rom side.
When console were powered on there was no (specific start-up) sound of
dvd-drive.
The solution for this problem was to bend a little bit (absolutely very little)
to center on both pin lines. I wanted to be sure that there IS connection with
every pin. And it worked.
To be clear. Before this error there was fixed burned pin101 connection.

If your console is still covered by the 3 year warranty use it because Microsoft will fix it for free!
