I have found that every time this error occours on Falcon models after writing
XBR.bin to the NAND. With or without J-Tag installed. If you ONLY inject the
keyvault block and NOT the config block into your XBR.bin image then write the
XBR.bin image back to the NAND with only the kv.bin injected and enjoy your
J-Tag. Works every time for me.

This error WILL show if you have any usb media with a default.xex file on the
root of the drive and will show with or without any J-Tag modifications.

notice: None of this is official, the methods have often been proven to work but success cannot be guaranteed, you do it on your own risk!
If your console is still covered by the 3 year warranty use it because Microsoft will fix it for free!
