Developed to be a non-corrosive, yet effective and easy to use thermal compound residue remover/surface purifier kit. Natural citrus-based degreasers mixed with isopropyl alcohol create an effective thermal compound emulsifier, comparable to acetone in cleaning capacity while being much less harsh/corrosive.
Will not delaminate pcb substrate layers like acetone and other harsh chemical cleaners can. Perfect for cleaning off the old dried thermal paste from the CPU and GPU of the Xbox 360 and preparing surfaces for new application.
*Does NOT contain any harsh cleaners or petroleum distillates, so will not damage your motherboard or CPU/GPU chips.
Two part kit comes with:
- Small bottle of citrus-based solvent/emulsifier
- 8 alcohol wipes to clean off emulsified compound and purify surface for application of new thermal compound.
