This is an Xbox 360 S or Xbox 360 Slim Unlock Kit, you can use it to fully disassemble your Xbox it contains an opening tool for easier opening and all required screwdrivers, an Allen Key with a Torx T8 and Torx T10 bit is included.
Opening the slims is a general pain in the ass but with this it is a little easier and you get all tools usually you pay that much already for just the screwdrivers...
