This kit contains only the Hybrid foam shim pack for use with the "Team HYBRID's Ultimate X-Clamp Fix"(cc) tutorial.
Xbox 360 Hybrid eXtreme Foam Shims(™) for GPU and CPU chips - help even out pressure over entire chip and protect the die from damage/cracking by promoting parallel alignment between the heatsink and die. Has a layer of adhesive to hold them securely in place during install. Replaces the need for credit card strips mentioned in the tutorial.
Note: Made from special closed-cell foam to prevent overheating that would be caused by trapped air if cheap craft foam was used.
