This kit requires drilling through the metal chassis for correct installation (drill bit available seperately).

Xbox-experts.com does not make any "no-drill" uniclamp since there is only about 3.75mm between the motherboard and metal chassis making it impossible to clear a screw head, the uniclamp and 2 washers. Any no-drill version would put dangerous pressure on the underside of the motherboard and possibly lead to irreparable damage.

This is our new Uniclamp for the Extreme version of "Team HYBRID's Ultimate X-Clamp Fix"(cc).

Features new eXtreme-Cool 360™ Thermal Pads which convert the uniclamp and metal chassis to a passive heatsink. This helps control thermal runaway problems during extreme gaming sessions, lowering core temps up to 6C.

eXtreme-Cool 360™ Thermal Pad RAM Cooling Kit for Xbox 360 (6 pieces)

Replacement thermal pads for the xbox 360 RAM chips on the underside of the motherboard.

Up to 300% more thermally conductive than the old OEM pink thermal pads.

Use to replace old torn pads, or on boards that never came with them to help keep the RAM cooled off. Transfers heat from the chips to the metal chassis of the 360.

They are the perfect thickness to not stress or flex the motherboard (unlike other brands which may be too thick or made from insulative materials) while still being highly efficient at transferring heat.

Same great quality thermal pad material which is used on the Hybrid eXtreme Uniclamp™.

Two thermal pads are included for the 2 upper ram chips to fill the air gap which is slightly over 1mm wide between the RAM and GPU heatsink.

*Not needed in newer units with all RAM chips on the upper side of the board.

Directions:

Step 1:
Remove any old thermal pads and clean the RAM chips with isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip or lint-free cloth. Let dry.

Step 2:
Gently peel off the white layer on the bottom covering the 3M adhesive.

Step 3:
Carefully place one pad on each of the 4 bottom RAM chips with the adhesive layer facing down. Press gently down on each pad in a circular motion to ensure the pressure sensitive adhesive makes a secure connection to the RAM and to remove any air bubbles.

Step 4:
Gently peel off the top clear protective layer. optionally add a drop of thermal compound to each pad.

Step 5:
Reinstall motherboard.

Step 6:
Install 2 thin pads on the upper RAM normally hidden by the gpu heatsink.

Pads can be reused as long as kept undamaged and clean. Easy to remove pads if warmed up first.

Xbox 360 Ramsinks (RAM / HANA /ANA / Southbridge heatsinks) 4-Pack

- High quality aluminum heatsinks intended for use on Xbox 360 RAM memory chips, HANA/ANA, and Southbridge chips.

- Strong 3M thermal adhesive layer on bottom ensures they don't fall off when properly installed. Don't worry about them falling off inside the case when the 360 rest vertically.

- Dissipates heat from the chips to help prevent overheating (less chance of RAM or E74 related errors)

- Multiple extended fins provide maximum cooling surface area

*Minor modification of one heatsink may be required to fit when the GPU heatpipe is in the way. Simply hold the heatsink with pliers and use a dremel w/ cutoff wheel in other hand to trim a few fins off.

Installation:

Step 1:
Clean off any dust/residue on the RAM, HANA/ANA, and Southbridge chips with 99% isopropyl alcohol. Let dry.

Step 2:
Peel off the protection layer from the bottom of the heatsink to reveal the adhesive. Be careful to not touch the adhesive or get it dirty or it will become less adhesive.

Step 3: Carefully place one heatsink on each chip and press straight down from above to activate the pressure sensitive adhesive. Make sure the heatsinks are facing the right direction (as shown in the pics) to ensure maximum airflow across the fins.

Step 4: For proper removal DO NOT just rip off from the chips or you may damage the solder connections in the process. Use a heatgun on low temp to warm up the heatsinks first, then gently pull/wiggle until it releases. Store on a piece of wax paper to keep the adhesive clean until ready to use again.

* The more times you re-use, the less sticky the adhesive will become.

This is a 50mm Addon Fan for use in your Xbox, it is of the small type(50mm) and can be put in the bottom of the case for example, or in front of the GPU or CPU heatsink to provide it with a fresh airflow.
To power them just connect to the 12V points under the PSU(In the tutorials section there is a guide showing which voltage to get from which spot).
They are of the quiet sort :)

They come with a regular 3-Pin Fanheader, so can also be used in PCs or if you built a custom fan header.

This is a 70mm Addon Fan for use in your Xbox, it is of the bigger type(70mm) and can be put on top of the small GPU extension heatpipe for example, or in front of the GPU or CPU heatsink to provide it with a fresh airflow.
Or many people also use these as an air intake fan and cut a hole into the chassis.

This is a pack of 40x M5 1MM Metal washers like required for the Xbox 360.
These are good for the Hybrid fix and any general application for a fix, they are metric, no crappy washers with a big threshold or measured in fractions of inches leading to inaccuracies.
Made from high quality steel to be durable, unlike nylon washers these washers are also good for x-clamp fixes as steel does not deform under the heat over time like nylon does which is what you want to avoid for a longer lasting fix because it influences the tension of the screws.

This is a brandnew 1893BFLF Network chip it is the newer version which is compatible for both versions of the ICS type network chips used in Xbox 360s, you can also use it to replace the ICS 1893AFLF chips, the PCB requirements are the same.

It is a brandnew one(coming in a sealed package from the factory ready to be soldered) and can be used for network chip issues, like E77 E76 E75 and in some cases E73 as well.

This is a brandnew BCM5241 Network chip, the small square black one, which is extremely, difficult, in fact almost impossible to get, however we managed to get them in the end :), it is widely used in all Xbox 360 mainboard revisions.

It is a brandnew one(coming in a sealed package from the factory ready to be soldered) and can be used for network chip issues, like E77 E76 E75 and in some cases E73 as well.

This is a brandnew NTD T60 N02RG MOSFET, these are nowadays pretty much impossible to get since they are not made anymore since 2007 already.

The MOSFETs are brandnew and still sealed in the package ready to be soldered on. This one can mostly be found on Xenon and Zephyr type Xbox 360 mainboards.

This is a brandnew Philips Lite-On DG-16D2S DVD-Drive, it is flashed with 0800 v3 firmware(LT+ 3.0) and can be used to read out Xbox 360 games properly, even the new XGD3 ones which use AP2.5, this is the only DVD-Drive that can be used for that purpose!

This is a red Torx T8 Screwdriver, it can be used to disassemble the Xbox you can use it for all the tiny black screws, which attach the RF board or the heatsinks to the X-Clamp bolts.

Additionally it is perfect for Controller mods you can use it for the special torx screws used in xbox 360 controllers.

Opening the slims is a general pain in the ass but with this it is a little easier and you get all tools usually you pay that much already for just the screwdrivers...

This is a small sheet of sand paper for metal application and can be used to sand down the standoffs as well as after drilling you can get rid of the metal chips around the holes.
The standoffs if not sanded are too high and cause flexing and the area around the holes should be nice and smooth so that the uniclamp plate/x-clamps are not elevated.
