Ok so instead of using a vacume pen to remove a chip where if you move it the smallest bit your screwed and it is almost imposible to get it right. So instead I found it is far better to use a vacume, because it gives a perfect lift and is easy to do. To do this you only need a vacume, and some sort of adapter to pick the chip up and not suck it up. So besides that you basicly do it the same way you would with getting a chip off with the vacume pen; you heat up the chip to about 325C or so, then heat it like that for about 30-40 seconds, then quicky move the heatgun so you can get at the chip with the vacume, then quickly grab the vacume, put it right over the chip and suck it up; I mean get it on the adapter you have, because you don't want to dig through your vacume for the chip XD.
