I had this e79 1033 error code after I did some soldering to my jtag wires. The
error would go away after reflashing back to the stock nand fw. removed all my
jtag wires and tested the points with alternate points listed onlne. Turns out
that one of my jtag points were bad so I scraped away a little of the trace near
the soldering hole and the solder now touches the trace. still looks stock.

this can be caused by cut traces, so make sure to check for those!

I was plagued with E79/E71 errors (2nd - 1033), after using your Southbridge
clamp, then the Hybrid Advanced kit. It crashed much slower then (lasted longer

metal casing behind them to improve their airflow. I then added a fan over the
extension of the GPU heatsink and onto the CPU H/S blowing into the case from
outside. (This was after realising a cold hair dryer kept it running)
I could now use it somewhat, but it still crashed/froze. So I re-did the x-clamp
kit and re-applied the thermal paste, then gave the screws a real good tighten
for good contact.
Now it seems to be working fine!! Had the odd crash, but not often and only for
